PLANE CRASH - Emergency officials inspect the Cessna 152 single engine plane that crashed Sunday evening in a cornfield near. Waverly shortly before 8:30. The two occupants, Joseph Keiner and his son Brian, both of Cincinnati, escaped without injuries. The Sheriff's Department wanted to thank and recognize the deputies that volunteered their time June 28 2017 to help cover calls in Parkersburg. while the Parkersburg Police Officers were attending Doug McLain Funeral Though a couple of them were already on shift all of the Deputies from Lieutenant and down came in on their day off to work.
